JOB TYPE: PERMANENT

COUNTRY:  LIBERIA

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Assist in interpreting Organizations policies, processes and procedure
  • Assist in provision for staff changes, employment information regarding the company policy
  • Co-ordination and short listing of applicants
  • Schedule and organize interviews and assessment
  • Process all interview reports
  • Staff Personal information collation and filing of relevant documents
  • Payslip distribution
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluation of Organizations Grievance and Disciplinary process
  • Assist in provision for staff changes, employment information regarding the company policy
  • Maintain unique company document mode
  • Continually monitor and report compliance status on all human and process activities of company as stipulated by the Company handbook
  • Daily record keeping of files and documents sent in.
  • Collation of all appraisal documents
  • Sending  weekly and monthly reports to the Human Resource Manager
  • To Undertake such other Duties as Required and Commensurate with the Grade and Title of the Job

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree from any recognized university

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:  1-2 years previous experience in similar role

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to details.
