Synopsis

In the emotional drama Mending, we follow the tumultuous journey of Sumi, a young woman grappling with profound separation anxiety stemming from her father’s abrupt departure and her mother’s tragic passing. Haunted by her past, Sumi once made a dreadful mistake. Years later, now married to the loving and supportive Dami, Sumi has found solace in a new life filled with joy as they raise their beautiful daughter. However, the past comes crashing back when Fela resurfaces, seeking vengeance for the wrongs he believes Sumi has inflicted upon him. As tensions rise, Sumi must confront her buried demons while navigating the complexities of love, mental health struggles, and the feeling of betrayal from her best friend, Funbi, who tries desperately to help her reclaim her life.
